we have been learning about Matariki and we were tasked to make an art piece.
- we started with finding the place meant by the stars.
- then we made a draft on a piece of paper but we had to do it backwards so that when it prints it is the right way round.
- then we got a piece of foam and put our design on it after we did that we went into that maker space. to print then we would pick our colours then roll them onto our piece of foam.
- then we got a piece of paper and put the foam underneath so that the colours could transfer to the paper.
- then you would repeat that until you get one you like.
- after that, you get a big piece of paper and some cardboard with a square cut out in the middle.
- then you get your piece of paper and put the cardboard on it and mark out a square on the paper.
- then you get a ruler and put it on the line you have made and cut it out.
- then you glue it to your chosen picture and write your signature.
- Boom you are done.
